Accept the conciliation agreement as to Transurban Group and Transurban (USA) Inc., as recommended in the General Counsel's Memorandum dated December 15, 2008. 2. Approve the appropriate letters. 3. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in Pre-MUR 473: 1.Open a MUR. 2.Find reason to believe that Transurban Group and Transurban (USA) Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. ยง 441e. 3.Enter into conciliation with Respondents prior to a finding of probable cause to believe and approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated September 19, 2008. 4.Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated September 19, 2008. 5.Approve the appropriate letter.
