Find no reason to believe that Meakem Communications Company LLC(a/k/a Leadership Radio Network) violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, or the Commission?s regulations in connection with the allegations in MUR 6089. 2. Find no reason that Melissa Hart violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, or the Commission?s regulations in connection with the allegations in MUR 6089. 3. Find no reason to believe that People with Hart Inc. and Michelle Pierson, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, or the Commission?s regulations in connection with the allegations in MUR 6089. 4. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report dated May 4, 2009, as amended. 5. Close the file. 6. Approve the appropriate letters.
