Stevens violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d(d)(1)(B)(ii) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.11(c)(3)(iii).2. Find no reason to believe that Stevens for Senate and Timothy A. McKeever, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d(d)(1)(B)(ii) and 11 C.F.R. § 110.11(c)(3)(iii).3. Close the file and send the appropriate letters.
