Find no reason to believe that Congresswoman Kay Granger violated 2 U.S.C. § 441i(e)(1)(B). 3. Find no reason to believe that Bill Zedler violated 2 U.S.C. § 441i(e)(1)(B). 4. Find no reason to believe that Friends of Bill Zedler violated 2 U.S.C. § 441i(e)(1)(B). 5. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel?s Report dated October 22, 2009, subject to the revisions previously circulated. 6. Approve the appropriate letters. 7. Close the file.
