Marshall, and Brian McMahon regarding seeking and obtaining corporate reimbursement of federal political contributions.d) Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated April 25, 2008, subject to the following revision:- On Page 4 of 4, delete the sentence which begins on Line 18 and ends on Line 20.e) Approve the appropriate letters.f) Close the file.
