Dismiss the allegation as to the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce.Dismiss the allegation as to the St. Joseph Area Chamber of Commerce. Find no reason to believe that NPG Newspapers, Inc. violated the Federal Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, or the Commission's regulations.Find no reason to believe that Missouri Western State University violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, or the Commission's regulations. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated March 13, 2009. Approve the appropriate letters.Close the file as to all respondents.
