The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to a) Open a MUR. b) Dismiss this matter with admonishment as to Seaway National Bank and without admonishment as to Seaway Bancshares, Inc. c) Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated February 11, 2008, as amended in the General Counsel's Errata Memoranda dated February 26, 2008, and July 28, 2008, and subject to deletion of analysis that suggests any wrongdoing on the part of Seaway Bancshares, Inc. d) Approve the appropriate letter. e) Close the file.
