Riesco, in his official capacity as treasurer, Mario Diaz-Balart for Congress and Jose A. Riesco, in his official capacity as treasurer, and Ros-Lehtinen for Congress and Antonio L. Agiz, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 11 CFR ยง 102.17. 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel?s Report dated April 16, 2009, subject to revisions pursuant to the meeting discussion and as previously circulated via electronic mail to the appropriate Commission staff. 3. Approve the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file.
