DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5 - 0 to take the following actions in MUR 6035: 1. Weinberg, in his official capacity as treasurer (terminated) violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a). 2. Find no reason to believe that Obama 2010, Inc. and Harvey S. Weinberg, in his official capacity as treasurer, and Obama for Illinois, Inc. and Harvey S. Weinberg, in his official capacity as treasurer, (terminated) violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b)(2). 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated December 18, 2008. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
