DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MURs 5987, 5995 and 6015: 1. Find no reason to believe that Senator Hillary Clinton and Hillary Clinton for President and Shelly Moskwa, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441e. 2. Find no reason to believe that Sir Elton John violated 2 U.S.C. § 441e. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated January 26, 2009. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the files.
