Find no reason to believe that the National Republican Congressional Committee and Keith A. Davis, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §441b.3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated September 17, 2008.4. Approve the appropriate letters.5. Close the file.
