SUBJECT: Reporting

DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6 - 0 to take the following actions in MUR 5981: 1. Find no reason to believe that Friends of Jared Polis and Debbie K. Marquez, in her official capacity as treasurer, and Jared Polis violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b) and 11 CFR §§ 102.9(d) and 104.7(b) by failing to disclose identifying information for contributors. 2. Find no reason to believe that Friends of Jared Polis and Debbie K. Marquez, in her official capacity as treasurer, and Jared Polis violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b) by failing to accurately report in-kind contributions and disbursements. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated November 4, 2008, subject to revision pursuant to the meeting discussion. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
