Find reason to believe that American Leadership Project violated 2 U.S.C. ยงยง 433, 434, 441b, and 441a(f), by failing to register as a political committee with the Commission; by failing to report its contributions and expenditures; by knowingly accepting contributions in excess of $5,000; and by knowingly accepting prohibited contributions.c. Take no action at this time with respect to Roger V. Salazar, Jason Kinney, Michele Dunkerly, Jay Eisenhofer, Paul Goldenberg, Monica Graham, Stephen P. Kennedy, William Titleman, Richard Ziman, Mattis Goldman, Paul Rivera, and Erick Mullen.d. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis.e. Authorize the use of compulsory process.f. Approve the appropriate letters.
