Gross, in his official capacity as treasurer, Paul Singer, Take Initiative America, LLC, and Californians for Equal Representation violated the Act in connection with the allegations contained in the complaint in this matter. 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated April 21, 2008. 3. Approve the appropriate letters. 4. Close the file.
