Thompson violated 2 U.S.C. § 432(e)(1).b) Find reason to believe that Fred Thompson Political Action Committee and Richard Roberts, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 433(a) and 434.c) Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated October 14, 2008; subject to revision of the name of the committee and its treasurer to read "Fred Thompson Political Action Committee and Richard Roberts, in his official capacity as Treasurer." d) Enter into conciliation prior to a finding of probable cause to believe with respondents Fred D. Thompson, and Fred Thompson Political Action Committee and Richard Roberts, in his official capacity as Treasurer. e) Approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated October 14, 2008; subject to revision of the name of the committee and its treasurer to read "Fred Thompson Political Action Committee and Richard Roberts, in his official capacity as Treasurer."f) Approve the appropriate letters.
