Find no reason to believe that DailyKos.com and Marcos Moulitsas Zuniga violated the Act. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel's Memorandum dated August 31, 2007. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
