DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5876:1. Dismiss as a matter of prosecutorial discretion the allegation that Bowman for Congress Campaign Committee and Teresa Katz, in her official capacity as treasurer violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a) and issue an admonishment.2. Dismiss as a matter of prosecutorial discretion and issue an admonishment to Bowman for Congress Campaign Committee and Teresa Katz, in her official capacity as treasurer, in connection with its violation of 2 U.S.C. § 441d(c)(2).3. Dismiss as a matter of prosecutorial discretion and issue an admonishment to Bowman for Congress Campaign Committee and Teresa Katz, in her official capacity as treasurer, in connection with its violation of 2 U.S.C. § 434(b)(3)(A).4. Dismiss as a matter of prosecutorial discretion the allegation that the Institute for Space and Security Studies violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a) and issue an admonishment.5. Dismiss as a matter of prosecutorial discretion and issue an admonishment to Discount Newsletter Printing, Inc. in connection with its violation of 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a).6. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated August 31, 2007.7. Approve the appropriate letters.8. Close the file.
