Authorize the Office of General Counsel to enter into conciliation negotiations with Hague for Congress and Lindsey Echelbarger, in his official capacity as treasurer, prior to a finding of probable cause to believe......................REDACTED............................... as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated April 4, 2007.2. Accept the conciliation agreement with Jennifer Hildebrand and close the file with respect to this Respondent, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated April 4, 2007.3.
