DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5870: 1. Find no reason to believe that Alan Mollohan, Alan Mollohan for Congress Committee and Richard S. Pizatella, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a by knowingly accepting excessive in-kind contributions in the form of coordinated communications. 2. Find no reason to believe that West Virginia Values, LLC violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a by making excessive in-kind contributions in the form of coordinated communications. 3. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis as recommended in the First General Counsel?s Report dated July 10, 2007. 4. Approve the appropriate letters. 5. Close the file.
