The Commission failed to approve by a vote of 3-3 to find reason to believe that Alec Reinstadtler, Edward Kalush, Jan C. Brown, Wayne Roltzen, Christian Baehr, Don Mills, and Gemma Boykin violated 2 U.S.C. § 441f.
