The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in RAD Referral #06L-10: 1. Open a MUR. 2. Find reason to believe that Ohio State Medical Association Political Action Committee and Timothy Maglione, in his official capacity as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 432(c)(5), 434(b)(4), (6)(B)(v) and 11 CFR § 104.3(b). 3.
