Accept the conciliation agreement with Doggett for U.S. Congress and James Cousar, in his official capacity as Treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated February 6, 2007.2. Accept the conciliation agreement with Kristi Willis, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated February 6, 2007.3. Close the file.4. Approve the appropriate letters.

Find reason to believe Kristi Willis knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 432(b)(3) and 439a(b).4.
