DISPOSITION: The Commission decided on a vote of 6-0 on an amended pre-meeting tally, to take the following actions in MUR 5767: 1. Accept the signed Conciliation Agreement with Republican Issues Committee and Chris Gersten, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated January 18, 2007. 2. Close the file. 3. Approve the appropriate letter.
