DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5764:1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Ravenel for U.S. Senate and Ben Whaley Le Clercq, in his official capacity as treasurer, and Thomas Jonathan Jackson Ravenel, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated August 4, 2006. 2. Approve the appropriate letter.3. Close the file.

Find reason to believe that Ravenel for U.S. Senate and Ben Whaley Le Clercq, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 434(a)(6)(B)(iv); 434(b)(2) and (4); and 11 C.F.R. § 400.22(a). 3.
