DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5753:1. Accept the conciliation agreement with the League of Conservation 527 and League of Conservation Voters 527 II.2. Take no further action with respect to the League of Conservation Voters Actions Fund and Barbara Gonzalez-McIntosh, in her official capacity as treasurer.3. Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #3 dated December 4, 2006.4. Close the file.
