DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5744:1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Hynes for Senate and Jeffrey C. Wagner, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #3 dated November 22, 2006.2. Take no further action as to Daniel W. Hynes.3. Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated November 22, 2006.4. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in RAD Referrals 05L-25 and 06L-08:1. Open a MUR.2. Find reason to believe that the Hynes for Senate and Jeffrey C. Wagner, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 434(b) and 441a(i)(2)(B) and 11 C.F.R. § 103.3(b)(2).3. Find reason to believe that Daniel W.
