DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5739: 1. Find no reason to believe that Darcy Burner for Congress and Philip Lloyd, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(f) or 441b(a). 2. Dismiss the allegation that Darcy Burner for Congress and Phillip Lloyd, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(b) and 11 C.F.R. § 104.13(a) and send an admonishment letter. 3. Find no reason to believe that Eastside Democracy for America violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(a)(1)(A) or 441b(a). 4. Find no reason to believe that Democracy for Washington violated the Act in connection with this matter. 5. Find no reason to believe that Democracy for America and Kathy Hoyt, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated the Act in connection with this matter. 6. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the First General Counsel's Report dated April 18, 2007. 7. Approve the appropriate letters. 8. Close the file.
