Blevins, in his official capacity as treasurer,and Charles Taylor, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated December 6, 2006. 2. Approve the appropriate letter, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated December 6, 2006. 3. Close the file.
