Dismiss the allegation that Phil Angelides violated the Act by aiding and abetting Senator Barbara Boxer, Senator Dianne Feinstein, and Representative Nancy Pelosi in violating 2 U.S.C. § 441i.4. Approve the appropriate letters.5.Close the file.
