DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0, on an amended pre-meeting tally, to take the following actions in MURs 5401, 5422, and 5680 MUR 5401:1. Take no further action against Texans for Henry Cuellar Congressional Campaign and Rosendo Carranco, in his official capacity as treasurer. 2. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated February 22, 2007. 3. Close the file. 4. Approve the appropriate letter. MURs 5422 and 5680: 1.
