Jordan, in her official capacity as treasurer, and Sanford David ?Sandy? Lyons, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report #2 dated January 30, 2006. 2. Close the file. 3. Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report #2 dated January 30, 2006.
