DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5639:1. Find no reason to believe that Monty Warner violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, or the Commission's regulations in connection with the allegations in MUR 5639.2. Find no reason to believe that Kristian Warner violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, or the Commission's regulations in connection with the allegations in MUR 5639.3. Find reason to believe that the Northeast Conservative PAC and Gianna Splitstoser, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. ยง 434(a) and (b) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, take no further action, and send an admonishment letter.4. Close the file.5. Approve the appropriate letters.
