DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5-1 to take the following actions in MUR 5638:1. Accept the conciliation agreement with International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 2249 and Glenn R. Collins, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated December 21, 2006.2.Close the file.3. Approve the appropriate letter.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5638:1. Find reason to believe that William Abbott violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a); send an admonishment letter; and take no further action as to him. 2. Find reason to believe that Bill Abbott for the Preservation of American Jobs and Sarah Ruth Rehmel, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441b(a) and 434(b); send an admonishment letter; and take no further action as to them. 3. Find reason to believe that International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 2249 violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a). 4. Find reason to believe that Glenn R. Collins violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a). 5. Find no reason to believe the General Electric Company violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a), and close the file as to this respondent.6. Find no reason to believe Walter Casavecchia violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a), and close the file as to this respondent.7...................REDACTED.....................8.
