Approve the appropriate letter.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5 - 1 to take the following actions in MUR 5634:1. Find reason to believe that Sierra Club, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a) in connection with the publication and distribution of the pamphlet entitled "Let your Conscience be your Guide."2. Find no reason to believe that Sierra Club, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a) in connection with the publication and distribution of the pamphlets entitled "From one friend of our environment to another," "The Environment for Dummies," and "The Dirt."3.
