Crotts and Mike Crotts for Congress Committee, Inc. and Vicki Gibbs, in her official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report #3 dated July 13, 2005. 2. Approve the appropriate letter, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report #3 dated July 13, 2005. 3. Close the File.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-1 to take the following actions in RAD Referral #04L-08:1.Open a MUR.2. Find reason to believe that Mike Crotts for Congress Committee, Inc. and Vicki Gibbs, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a-1(b)(1)(C) and 11 CFR § 400.21(b).3.Find reason to believe that Mike D. Crotts violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a-1(b)(1)(B) and 2 U.S.C. § 441a-1(b)(1)(C).4.Enter into pre-probable cause conciliation with all Respondents.5.Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report dated November 17, 2004.6.Approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report dated November 17, 2004......REDACTED.........7.Approve the appropriate letter.
