COMPLAINANT: Reports Analysis Division (RAD)

SUBJECT: Reporting

DISPOSITION: to take the following actions in MUR 5616: 1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Pro-Life Campaign Committee and Pablo Gersten, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report #3 dated April 19, 2006. 2. Close the file. 3. Approve the appropriate letter, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report #3 dated April 19, 2006.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5616:1. Rescind the Commission's previous determination to find reason to believe that the Pro-Life Campaign Committee and Pablo Gersten, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §434(a)(4)(A)(i) by failing to file timely disclosure reports.2. Find reason to believe that the Pro-Life Campaign Committee and Pablo Gersten, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §434(a)(4)(A)(i) and (iv) by failing to file timely disclosure reports. 3. Rescind the Commission's previous determination to find reason to believe that the Pro-Life Campaign Committee and Pablo Gersten,as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §434b(2) and (4) by misreporting receipts and disbursements. 4. Find reason to believe that the Pro-Life Campaign Committee and Pablo Gersten, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §434(b)(2) and (4) by misreporting receipts and disbursements.

Find reason to believe that the Pro-Life Campaign Committee and Pablo Gersten, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434(a)(4)(A)(i) by failing to file timely disclosure reports.3. Find reason to believe that the Pro-Life Campaign Committee and Pablo Gersten, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 434b(2) and (4) by misreporting receipts and disbursements. 4. Approve the appropriate Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated November 2, 2004.5. ............... REDACTED ...............6.
