DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 4-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5611:
1. Accept the signed conciliation agreement with the Missouri
Democratic State Committee and Rod Anderson, in his official
capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report dated September 13, 2005.
2.Take no further action with respect to the Green Law Firm, the
Lakin Law Firm, PC, the Padberg Law Firm, Robert Palmer PC,
THF Realty, Inc., and Zimerman Properties, LLC.
3.Approve the appropriate letters.
4. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to find probable cause to believe that the Missouri Democratic State Committee and Rod Anderson, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 434(b) and 441b(a).

The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in Audit Referral #03-10: 1.Open a MUR in AR 03-10.2.Find reason to believe that the Missouri Democratic State Committee and Rod Anderson, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 434(b) and 441b(a); enter into pre-probable cause conciliation with the Missouri Democratic State Committee and Rod Anderson, as treasurer; and approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report dated October 25, 2004, subject to a revised civil penalty of $135,000. 3.Find reason to believe that the Greene Law Firm, the Lakin Law Firm, the Padberg Law Firm, Robert Palmer PC, and THF Realty Inc. each violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b(a) and approve the sample Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the General Counsel?s Report dated October 25, 2004.4.
