The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5610:1. Accept the conciliation agreement with the Dole North Carolina Victory Committee, Inc. and Mike Mitchell, in his official capacity as treasurer, and close the file as to them, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated May 29, 2007.2. Approve the appropriate letter.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5610 and Audit Referral 05-11:1. Find reason to believe that Earl Allen Haywood, in his official and personal capacities, knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. § 441b and 11 CFR § 103.3(b). 2. Merge AR 05-11 into MUR 5610. 3. Take no further action with respect to Earl Allen Haywood, in his official and personal capacities, and the Dole North Carolina Victory Committee, Inc. and Mike Mitchell, in his official capacity as treasurer, pertaining to violations of 2 U.S.C. § 432(h)(1). 4..................REDACTED................... 5...................REDACTED...................6....................
