DISPOSITION: The Commission failed by a vote of 1 - 4 to a) Find probable cause to believe the Alaska Democratic Party and Rolando Rivas, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(a)(2)(A) and 441d(a).b) Find probable cause to believe Tony Knowles for U.S. Senate Committee and Leslie Ridle, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f).c) Approve the conciliation agreements, as recommended in General Counsel's Report #3 dated April 23, 2009, ..........
