Find no reason to believe that Cynthia Matthews or the Committee to Elect Cynthia Matthews and Kinde Durkee, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, or the Commission?s regulations in connection with the allegations in MUR 5569. 3. Close the file. 4. Approve the appropriate letters.
