Find reason to believe that Tony Knowles for U.S. Senate and Leslie Ridle, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441a(f) and 434(b) in connection with the allegations concerning the 2004 field program operated by the Alaska Democratic Party.3.Find no reason to believe that Tony Knowles for U.S. Senate and Leslie Ridle, in her official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441a(f) ) in connection with the allegations concerning advertisements run by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.4.Find no reason to believe that the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and J.
