DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5556:1. Reject the signed conciliation agreement from Porter for Congress and Edward G. Plonski, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated August 9, 2006..2. Send an admonishment letter with respect to the disclaimer violation.3.
