Find no reason to believe that Dave Ross; Friends of Dave Ross and Philip Lloyd, in his official capacity as treasurer; or Entercom Seattle, LLC (d/b/a KIRO-AM) violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, or the Commission?s regulations in connection with the allegations in MUR 5555. 2. Close the file. 3. Approve the appropriate letters.
