DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5547:1. Accept the conciliation agreement with the Martin Frost Campaign Committee and Bonnie Breazeale, in her official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated December 20, 2006.2. Close the file.3. Approve the appropriate letter.
The Commission took the following actions in the above-captioned matter: 1.Decided by a vote of 6-0 in MUR 5526 to:a) Find reason to believe in MUR 5526 that Graf for Congress and Thomas Linn, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d(c)(2) by failing to place disclaimers in a printed box set apart from the contents of the communication on a mailer and on a vote-by-mail request form.b) Find reason to believe in MUR 5526 that Graf for Congress and Thomas Linn, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d(a)(1) by failing to place a disclaimer on campaign signs.c) Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis in MUR 5526, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated December 18, 2005; subject to deletion of any references to the website and its disclaimers.d) ...............
