In the alternative, find reason to believe that Business Alaska, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 441b, 434(c), and 434(f).3. Find reason to believe that Business Alaska, Inc. violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d.4. Find no reason to believe that Jack Frost & Friends violated the Act and close the file as it pertains to this respondent.5. Take no action at this time regarding Jack Frost.6. Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated January 20, 2006.7. Authorize the use of compulsory process.8. Approve the appropriate letters.
