The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5527R:1.Find no reason to believe Morse for Congress 2004 and Scott B. Mackenzie, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 432(c) or 2 U.S.C. § 434(b) for failing to itemize contributions exceeding $200. 2. Find reason to believe Morse for Congress 2004 and Scott B.Mackenzie, in his official capacity as treasurer, 2 U.S.C. § 434(b), 11 C.F.R. § 104.3, and 11 C.F.R. § 104.13 by failing to disclose an in-kind contribution and failing to accurately disclose an expenditure exceeding $200.3.Find reason to believe Morse for Congress 2004 and Scott B. Mackenzie, in his official capacity as treasurer, 2 U.S.C. § 434(a), 11 C.F.R. § 104.5, and 11 C.F.R. § 104.18(a) by failing to file required reports on time and in the proper format. 4. Find reason to believe Morse for Congress 2004 and Scott B. Mackenzie, in his official capacity as treasurer, 2 U.S.C. § 434(a), 11 C.F.R. § 104.1, 11 C.F.R. § 104.5(a), and 11 C.F.R § 104.18(a) by failing to file required reports.5..........................REDACTED..................6.
