DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to take the following actions in MUR 5526: 1. Accept the conciliation agreement with Graf for Congress and Thomas Linn, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated June 26, 2006. 2. Close the file. 3. Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated June 26, 2006.

The Commission decided by a vote of 6 - 0 to : (a) Find reason to believe in MUR 5526 that Graf for Congress and Thomas Linn, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d(c)(2) by failing to place disclaimers in a printed box set apart from the contents of the communication on a mailer and on a vote-by-mail request form. b) Find reason to believe in MUR 5526 that Graf for Congress and Thomas Linn, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 441d(a)(1) by failing to place a disclaimer on campaign signs. c) Approve the Factual and Legal Analysis in MUR 5526, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report dated December 18, 2005; subject to deletion of any references to the website and its disclaimers. d)..........................REDACTED............................e)...............................REDACTED...............................f).
