DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 5 - 0 to take the following actions in MURs 5334, 5341, and 5524:1. Accept the signed conciliation agreement, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #3 dated February 17, 2006.2. Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #3 dated February 17, 2006.3. Close the file.
The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to approve the following actions in MURs 5334, 5341, and Audit Referral 04-04:1.Open a MUR with respect to Audit Referral 04-04.2.Find reason to believe that Friends of Marilyn F. O'Grady and Thomas Keller, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. § 433(a).3.Find reason to believe that Friends of Marilyn F. O'Grady and Thomas Keller, as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. §§ 434(a)(2)(A)(i) and (iii); 434(a)(6)(A); 434(a)(11); and 11 C.F.R. §§ 104.18(a)(1) and (2).4.Find reason to believe that Friends of Marilyn F.
