Accept the conciliation agreement as to Lawrence David Huffman and Huffman for Congress and David Blanton, in his official capacity as treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Memorandum dated July 27, 2007. 2. Approve the appropriate letters. 3. Close the file.

The Commission decided by a vote of 4-1 to find reason to believe that People's State Bank, Lawrence D. Huffman, Huffman for Congress and David Blanton, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. Sec. 441b as it pertains to the June 30, 2004 renewal loan.
The Commission decided by a vote of 5-0 to: a. Merge Pre-MUR 425 and MUR 5507 into MUR 5496. b. Find reason to believe that Dean Proctor knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. Secs. 441a(a)(1) and 441f. c. Find reason to believe that Lawrence D. Huffman knowingly and willfully violated 2 U.S.C. Secs. 441a(f) and 441f. d. Find reason to believe that Huffman for Congress and David Blanton, in his official capacity as treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. Secs. 434(b), 441a(f) and 441f. e. Find no reason to believe that Lawrence D. Huffman violated 2 U.S.C. Sec. 441i(e)(1)(A). f. Find no reason to believe that Lawrence D. Huffman, Huffman for Congress and David Blanton, in his official capacity as treasurer, and Dale Jarrett Ford, Inc., violated 2 U.S.C. Sec. 441b as it pertains to the Ford Explorer. g.
