DISPOSITION: The Commission decided by a vote of 6-0 to approve the following actions in MUR 5442: 1.Accept the counteroffer of Keyes 2000, Inc. and William Leo Constantine, as Treasurer, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated September 20, 2004. 2.Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the General Counsel's Report #2 dated September 20, 2004. 3.Close the file.
Decided by a vote of 6-0 to: 1. Open a MUR in Audit Referral #03-03. 2. Find RTB that Keyes 2000, Inc. and William Leo Constantine , as Treasurer, violated 2 U.S.C. 432(h), 2 U.S.C. 432(c), 11 C.F.R. 110.4(c)(3), and 2 U.S.C 441a(f). 3. Find RTB that Paul True violated 2 U.S.C. 441a(a)(1)(A), send an admonishment letter and take no further action. 4. Enter into conciliation with Keyes 2000, Inc. and William Leo Constantine , as Treasurer, prior to a finding of PCTB. 5. Approve the Factual and Legal Analyses, as recommended in the GC Report dated April 19, 2004. 6. Approve the Conciliation Agreement, as recommended in the GC Report dated April 19, 2004. 7. Approve the appropriate letters, as recommended in the GC Report dated April 19, 2004.
